6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the perishable nature of chocolates and food items, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.
• Refunds or replacements may be offered only for orders that are damaged, incorrect, or missing items upon delivery, provided you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order with valid proof (photo/video).
• Cancellation requests can be made before dispatch of the order. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

For personalized hampers, wedding gifts, or bulk corporate orders, we require advance payment.

Customized orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the design or packaging process begins.
